Delivery options

Every order includes immediate access to downloadable PDF scores of all music purchased. We recommend selecting to also receive printed scores, which are printed in full color on high-quality acid-free paper and suitable for decades of use.

Printing options

To assist busy directors and librarians, we offer the following printing options free of charge:
  • Hole-punching - standard three-hole spacing
  • Serial numbering - when ordering more than one copy of a piece, each copy will have its own number printed on the cover (starting with 1)
  • Stamp - text of your choosing will be printed on the cover

Shipping

We ship all orders within one business day; if the order is placed before 11:00AM (ET) on a business day, it will be shipped that same day. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Our shipping and handling rates are as follows:

Alternate ordering methods

In addition to online ordering, the following methods are available:

Sales tax

The State of Michigan requires us to collect sales tax on all orders from Michigan residents. If your organization is tax-exempt, please fill out and send to us (fax or mail) a completed Michigan Form 3372. Submitting this form to us will allow you to place tax-free orders for four years from our receipt of the form, at which time we will need a new form. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Payment

In addition to credit card and PayPal payments, we also accept payment via check/money order (no foreign checks/money orders, please) for orders submitted via mail. In addition, we can bill you, with payment due within thirty days of your receipt of the order. To place an order to be billed, please contact us.
